Meet our founder
Erica Patel built an agency around relationships.
Erica Patel began her career with recognized names in the insurance industry, including Allstate, State Farm, Direct Insurance, and GEICO. Those experiences gave her a strong foundation—and a vision for a different kind of client experience.
In 2013, she founded All In 1 as an independent insurance agency where people could receive personalized guidance, compare insurance options, and work with an agent who understands that protecting what you have built matters.
From an idea to an independent agency

Erica's original vision was a remote agency. When operating remotely was not an option, she opened All In 1's first storefront in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
Meeting clients face-to-face shaped the agency's approach: provide choices, explain coverage clearly, stay accessible, and treat every client as an individual—not a policy number.
